One hour with us, a prototype the next day

No AI hype, no jargon, no PowerPoints — we talk only about your business.
We spend an hour understanding one process. The next day you see it running — your workflow, your screens, your logo. Mock data and no integrations, so it shows the destination rather than the finished thing.
An hour, because that is realistically what a CEO, VP or operations director can give a stranger. And a euro rather than free, because a real price keeps it honest — paid work comes with expectations, and room in the calendar.
There is something in it for us too. Every operation teaches us something — a process we hadn't seen, a constraint we hadn't met, a better way of doing something we thought we knew — and everything we have learned from the ones before yours is already in what you see. Not their data and not their processes, those stay theirs, but the judgement that comes from having looked at a lot of them.
That is the discipline we sell, applied to ourselves: better tomorrow than today.

Executive briefing
1 450 €
Demos, live building, and what AI actually does and could do in an operation like yours — before any theory.
Half a day with the group that has to decide. Where you are on the seven levels and where everyone else actually is, where the value sits in your operations, and what data security and ownership mean in practice.
A live demo built on your own business before any theory — and something built live in the room, so you see what it takes rather than being told.
You leave with a shortlist of use cases from your own operations and a recommended next step. If the honest answer is that you should start somewhere else, that is the answer you get.
Led by Janne Kilpua, doctoral researcher at Aalto University (Agentic Applications for Operations Management: From AI Agent Architectures to IT-enabled Business Transformation).
We only build what has measurable value. If it wasn't worth it, you don't pay.

Before anything is quoted. An hour of your time, and a working prototype of your own operation the next day — for one euro.
Working prototype1 €One hour with us, a prototype the next day
One hour on one process, a working prototype of it the next day. Mock data and no integrations — it shows the destination, not the finished thing. A euro rather than free, so the exchange is honest both ways.
Who it's for
Anyone who would rather see it than read about it.
What you leave with
A working prototype of one of your own processes, running.
01
Training & workshops
You leave able to do it yourselves. Plain language, your own examples. The same four-hour foundation opens both full days — take it alone, or continue into use cases or into building.
On site at your premises in Finland. Elsewhere or remote on request.

What we cover
- What AI actually is — GenAI, language models, agents
- Where it's strong, where it's weak, and where not to use it
- Demos, from simple to genuinely complex
- Security, risk, and what data can be used
- What to build yourselves, and where you need a partner
- Where to start
Who it's for
A wider group — anyone who needs the grounding without the jargon.
What you leave with
A shared vocabulary, and a realistic sense of what is worth trying.

What we cover
- Morning: the four-hour foundation
- How AI is used at team, process and company level
- What makes a good use case — and what makes a bad one
- Ideation in small groups, on your own processes
- Evaluation and ranking
- Pilot selection
Who it's for
Teams who know their processes and need to find where AI fits.
What you leave with

AI fundamentals & building your first agent1 950 €1 day · AI in 4 hours, then building
What we cover
- Morning: the four-hour foundation
- What Copilot is — and where its limits are
- Demos: agents, workflow automation, agentic applications
- Hands-on building, on your own tools
- Identifying what to automate next
- Your own agent, built by you
Who it's for
Business users and key users — the people who will actually build.
What you leave with
A working agent each, and a clear sense of what needs a data foundation first.

What we cover
- A programme built around your own processes, systems and people
- Or a facilitated workshop on a single topic
- Strategy · use-case prioritisation · tooling and licensing · roadmap
Who it's for
Companies that know what they need — or want help deciding.
What you leave with
Decisions, not notes.
02
Consulting
You leave with a ranked roadmap, including what to stop. Most companies aren't short of ideas — they're short of an order to do them in, and a view of what has to be true first. Written by someone who builds these things, and can build yours too.
Use-case identification & prioritisation4 950 €Which ideas are worth doing, and in what order?
We work through your processes, score the candidates on value against effort, and tag each one honestly: what your own people can build with the tools you already have, and what needs a data foundation first. You get a ranked list from your own operations, with the first pilots chosen. Scoped to one business area.
Who it's for
Teams who know their processes and need to know which candidate is worth doing.
What you leave with
A ranked list from your own operations, with the first pilots chosen.
Data & AI architecture9 950 €What has to be true before any of this works?
Where your data lives now, what has to be true before agents can use it, and the shortest route between the two. The security level is agreed here rather than retrofitted. You get a current state, a target state, and the steps between them. Scoped to one data environment.
Who it's for
Operations and IT together, before anything is built.
What you leave with
A current state, a target state, and the steps between them.
AI strategy9 950 €Where are we going, and what do we stop doing?
Where you sit today, where the value actually is in your operations, and what a realistic sequence looks like — written by someone who builds these things, not a vision deck. You get a strategy, a prioritised roadmap and an agreed order of work, including what to stop. Scoped to one company or business unit.
Who it's for
A company with more ideas than order.
What you leave with
A strategy, a prioritised roadmap and an agreed order of work — including what to stop.
03
Agents & applications
You leave with something running. AI agents, agentic applications and systems built into your own ecosystem, on your own data. One agent, a team of them, or the place your people work — and nothing is priced until we both know what it is worth.
Pilot on your real dataA fixed price, set before we start
This is the first time it runs on your own data, in your own systems, in front of the people who would actually use it. You get a straight answer on whether the value is there, with the numbers behind it — and sometimes that answer is no, which you hear from us rather than working it out a year later. A fixed price, agreed before anything starts. We scale only if the value is real, and this is where most customers start.
Ask →AI agentOne role, doing the work in your systems
An agent is a role, not a chatbot: a job to do, access to the systems, and responsibility for the outcome. It does the chasing and the checking; the decisions stay with your people. It acts where the work already lives — you decide how far it may go, and at what security level.
Ask →Multi-agent systemSeveral agents working as a team
One agent does one job. A team covers a whole flow: a specialist for each job, a manager routing the work between them, and someone accountable above them. They consult each other rather than waiting for a person to carry the answer across. You decide the scope of the team and how much it may do on its own.
Ask →Agentic applications and systemsOne place to work, instead of five to check
Most AI is somewhere you go. This is somewhere your people work. They open it and the whole picture is already there — pulled from every system that holds a piece of it, plus the numbers that were never in any system at all. What should be happening is worked out, with the reasoning shown so it can be argued with. Every number has one definition, agreed once, so two teams stop turning up with two answers. Your people still decide — they just stop assembling the picture first.
Ask →04
Your AI partner
As far as you want to go — Your people. Your data. Your potential.
PartnershipAgreed once, for all of it
Better tomorrow than today is what we sell, and what we hold ourselves to: we learn how your operation actually runs, day by day, and it goes straight into what we build next. We teach while we build, so your own people take on more of it themselves — the aim is that you need us for less over time, not more. We say when something is not worth building, even when we would be paid to build it. And we are still there months later, when the value was supposed to appear — to see whether it did. If it didn't, you don't pay for it.
Ask →Not sure which of these you need?
That is usually the right place to start. An hour on your operation tells us more than a brochure tells you.
