Background

With over two decades of experience in operations, logistics, and digital transformation, I have led strategic initiatives in several international companies — from optimizing complex, global supply chains to designing and implementing large-scale projects, processes, and systems.

I have held senior leadership roles overseeing supply chains, warehousing, and production operations globally, with a primary focus in Europe. My background spans both B2B and B2C markets in industries such as manufacturing, construction, distribution, retail and e-commerce, and spare parts management — providing a deep understanding of both strategic and operational challenges.

This hands-on leadership experience has shaped my current focus at Aineo Agency: turning academic insight into measurable results. My mission is to bridge the gap between technology and execution — helping organizations streamline supply chain and business processes, enhance agility, and realize real value through AI-driven operations.
