Understand
Your operation before your systems. What the problem actually costs you, before anyone designs a solution to it. The change that pays is usually a different way of working — and that is only visible when somebody can see across all of it.

Connect
One picture, drawn from the systems that don't talk to each other: ERP, CRM, MES, quality, project. And the numbers that were never in a system at all — what an order really costs to place, what a pallet-month costs to hold.

Decide
Order 240 of this, not 900. It takes a dozen numbers to get that right — order handling, transport, interest, storage per pallet-month, minimum order quantity, the service level you promised — which is why nobody works it out by hand. The reasoning is shown, so it can be argued with.

We walk the process end to end and ask who decides what, and on which number. No presentation. If the honest answer is that you don't need us, that is the answer you get.

Where this comes from

I spent twenty years running operations — supply chains, warehouses, production — in manufacturing, distribution, retail and spare parts, mostly across Europe.
The same things went wrong everywhere. Nobody could see across the systems. The numbers that would have settled an argument sat in four places. Skilled people spent their week assembling a picture instead of using it.
Every few years a new tool arrived that was going to fix it. It never did — the tool was never the problem. The way the work was organised was, and no tool changes that on its own.
So I went to Aalto to study it properly, and started building instead of advising. The research is on agentic applications for operations management, which is exactly what this company makes.
That is why we start at the operation rather than the systems, why we will tell you when the answer isn't AI, and why you don't pay if it wasn't worth it.
It is also why all of it runs on your identity, your storage and your tenant. Bring your IT people to the first meeting — those are the questions they ask, and we would rather answer them at the start.
