// Privacy
What happens to your information.
Last updated 4 August 2026
This website collects nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no forms. Nothing is stored on your device and nothing is measured. That is unusual enough that it is worth stating plainly rather than burying.
The only way this company receives information about you is if you write to us or apply for a job. What follows is what happens then.
Who is responsible
Aineo Agency, Business ID 2889813-1, Hämeenlinna, Finland. Questions about anything on this page go to Janne Kilpua at janne.kilpua@aineoagency.com or +358 50 317 4526. There is no separate privacy department, and the person who answers is the person who decides.
If you write to us
Your message arrives in a Microsoft 365 mailbox inside the EU. We keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation or to a project it leads to, and we use it for nothing else. We do not run a newsletter, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone.
If you apply for a job
An application and anything you attach to it are read only by us, and are used only to decide whether to take the conversation further.
- We keep applications for six months from the date they arrive, then delete them
- Six months rather than six weeks, so that a strong applicant who does not fit one role can be contacted about the next
- If you would rather we deleted yours immediately, say so and we will
- Nothing is shared with anyone outside the company
What the server records
This site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs of requests — the kind of record every web server keeps, including IP addresses. They exist so the service can be operated and problems diagnosed. We do not read them to identify anyone, and nothing connects them to a person.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address above and you will get an answer. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland, which supervises this.
If this page changes
The date at the top is the date it last changed. If the site ever starts collecting something — analytics, a form, anything at all — this page will say so before it happens, and a cookie notice will appear where one is required.
